Growing up on a London council estate shaped a lifelong advocacy for young talent - from campaigns at 14 to coaching football teams at 16.
I've spent my career upgrading legacy systems and turning platforms into launchpads for the next generation - pushing back against 'move fast and break things' tech culture long before digital safety became a mainstream concern.
Today, that same approach runs through the technology I advocate for and build - working across sectors to open doors for thousands more young people.
ABOUT
Conditions have shifted too: youth unemployment is back at the top of the political agenda, and power is moving to the regions that know their young people best - twenty years after this work started, the landscape has finally caught up.
Change I've championed - socially and professionally.
PASSIONS
Over my life I've developed many passions and backed many causes. There are far too many to list — but here are a few that have influenced how I think and what I do.
Tech and digital firsts spanning two decades.
A track record of digital firsts.
MOBSAFRICA

06TAKE YOUR SHOT ZONE
Same instinct, same audience, twenty years on — just with more regulation, more competition for attention, and a lot more at stake for the organisations trying to get it right.
